Refund policy

Furniture and lighting items may be returned provided they are received by Antikki in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage.

Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. Original delivery charges, postage, and packing fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For international orders, a return request or written notice of intent to return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. Refunds will be processed once the return has been approved.
